Recipe: Mimosa

A simple champagne-based cocktail usually served in a champagne flute traditionally for brunch.

Serves 1

  • 2 parts orange juice
  • 3 parts champagne or sparkling wine

Pour orange juice into champagne flute and top off with champagne or sparkling wine.

Variations:

  • Addition of 1 part Grand Marnier or Triple Sec - Grand Mimosa
  • Substitute orange juice with cranberry juice - Hibiscus
  • Substitute orange juice with grapefruit juice - Lilosa
